If you want to make more money in real estate, then learn to think outside of the box!  Sometimes the best deals are ones with the most creative solutions.  It’s not too hard to find people who can’t get a deal done for one reason or another.  Stop accepting “noâ€? for an answer!  Don’t look for why it won’t work, look instead for how it can.  If you approach your problem-solving with the idea that there is a solution, then one will usually present itself.

She is a graduate of MIT’s Sloan School and spent 20 years in the corporate world before she started her business.  She is a Certified Financial Recovery Counselor and a Certified Financial Counselor.
Since 2001, Kim has helped hundreds of couples and individuals improve their finances through private counseling and a wide variety of workshops on more effective ways to control their spending, save money, get out of debt, and teach their children sound money skills.
Kim works with clients either in person or by phone.  Her work is
